How strong are the magnets in the cases, and will they damage my phone?

Our Neodymium magnets are industrial-grade and safe for your device. They will not affect your GPS, credit cards, or internal phone components, though we recommend keeping them away from hotel room keys.

What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?

We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $49. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

What is the ROKFORM warranty policy?

We stand by our quality with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails under normal use, we will replace it.
